PIB Mortgage Co.: Calvin M. Watts has been named president and chief executive of Pacific Inland Bank’s PIB Mortgage Co. subsidiary. Watts was formerly executive vice president and head of Westco Savings Bank’s mortgage banking division in San Jose. The assets of the division were recently acquired by Pacific Inland Bank, Anaheim.
