Baby M Case Judge Retiring

HACKENSACK, N. J. —
The judge who presided over the landmark Baby M surrogate motherhood trial said Friday that he will step down from the bench on March 1. Harvey Sorkow, 59, presiding judge in the family court section of Bergen County Superior Court, said that he will join a Paramus law firm.
