Investment Group Raises Share in Sun Equities

A group of investors increased its stake in Chatsworth-based Computer Memories, Inc. to 34%, or 4.4 million shares, from 33%, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The group, led by Sun Equities Corp., bought the shares between Oct. 5 and Oct. 23 for $1.40 to $1.75 a share, the filing said.
