The county’s smart capital is Huntington Beach, with 103 MENSA members, but Los Alamitos has the highest concentration, with 1.48 members per 1,000 residents. . . . Gifted children don’t always wait to grow up before they join the group; one Seal Beach member is all of 4 years old.
