Perceptronics Reports Profit in 2nd Quarter
Perceptronics Inc., the Woodland Hills maker of computer-simulation training systems for the military, reported net income of $378,110 for the second quarter that ended Sept. 30, compared to a net loss of $205,176 a year earlier. Perceptronics said its total revenue fell about 3% for the period, to $7.4 million from $7.6 million a year before.
For the six-month period, Perceptronics said its net income tripled, to $491,706 from $163,441 in the prior period. The company’s half-year total revenue increased about 2% to $14.1 million from $13.9 million a year earlier.
