Wespercorp: The Irvine-based manufacturer of computer products reported that net income rose 19% for the first fiscal quarter ended Sept. 30, despite a decline in sales. Net earnings increased to $25,000, from $21,000 for the comparable period a year ago. Sales declined to $421,000, from $933,000.
