Vietnam Refugee in Ohio Hits Lottery for $6 Million

COLUMBUS, Ohio —
A 23-year-old Vietnamese refugee won $6 million in an Ohio Lottery game last week, six years after he fled his homeland with only the clothes on his back.
Anhtinh Ton Giang will receive $300,000 a year, before taxes, for 20 years, and will quit his $5.75-an-hour job.
