In San Francisco, Ford Motor Co. Chairman Donald E. Petersen was presented the California Manufacturers Assn.’s 1989 Manufacturer of the Year Award . . . Investment Company Institute reported that assets of the nation’s 478 money market mutual funds fell $200.8 million in the week ended Nov. 15. The decline, to $363.61 billion followed a $3.92-billion increase the week before . . . Florida-based Kloster Cruise Ltd., owner of Royal Viking and Norwegian Cruise lines, announced an agreement to buy San Francisco-based Royal Cruise Line.
