Fortune Petroleum Earns $34,000 in 3rd Quarter

Fortune Petroleum, an Agoura Hills oil and gas company, said it earned $34,000 in the third quarter, compared to a loss of $26,000 a year earlier. Fortune’s revenue climbed 19% to $230,000 from $194,000.
The company said for the nine months that ended Sept. 30, it lost $6,000, compared to a loss of $34,000 last year. Nine-month revenue increased 13% to $734,000 from $651,000 in the prior period.
