Elliott Corp.: Gerald Singh has been named vice president of business development at Elliott Corp., a Newport Beach-based general contracting company. Singh, who joined the company in April as a director, is responsible for marketing and business development efforts and serves as liaison for government and civic matters. Previously, he was a marketing principal for Paragon Group’s commercial and industrial operations in the Inland Empire.
