San Diego Firm Acquires 51% Share of Enercell
A San Diego consulting firm said it acquired 51% of Enercell Corp., a San Fernando-based company that is developing a lithium battery.
FS Management & Technology Inc., a privately held management-consulting firm, said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it acquired stock and options which, if exercised, give it the equivalent of 4.74 million shares of Enercell stock.
FS Management said it planned to arrange the necessary financing to help Enercell continue development of its lithium battery technology.
