Apartments Sold: Speaking of apartments changing hands, the Windemere Apartments in Fountain Valley recently sold for $15.3 million. Apartments in the county are in big demand by investors, who are convinced that high housing prices will keep many county residents in rental housing.
The apartment complex, with 182 units, was built only two years ago and is located at 16425 Harbor Blvd.
The buyer is a limited partnership called Orange Realty Investors. Senior Corp. was the seller.
