MISSING IN ACTION: Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, barred from Nicaragua last week (B1), frequently travels to support his beliefs. . . . As a student, he says, he participated in demonstrations in Czechoslovakia in 1968, and as a Reagan White House speech writer traveled to Honduras to meet with Contra leaders. . . . A year ago, following his election, he illegally crossed into Myanmar (formerly Burma) to meet with guerrillas, and later spent a week in Afghanistan, above. . . . Rohrabacher missed out on service in Vietnam, however, getting a medical deferment for a hip injury sustained playing football in high school.
