Louis A. Delmonico, president of PDA Engineering, has been named to the additional position of chief executive. Delmonico, who joined the company in 1987, had previously been chief operating officer. PDA, based in Costa Mesa, provides products and specialized engineering services, and designs mechanical engineering software.
