Chatelaine at Southridge will celebrate its grand opening this weekend in Fontana.

Twenty-four of 94 detached homes, all with wood-burning fireplaces, are available. The homes feature formal entries and ceramic-tiled kitchens fitted with oak cabinets and breakfast nooks.

The homes have 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 2 1/2 baths. They range in size from 882 to 1,843 square feet and in price from $123,990 to $170,990. They will be available for May move-ins.

The sales office at 15475 Castle Road is open Wednesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
