Geoff Miller will become publisher of Los Angeles Magazine on Jan. 16, 1990, succeeding D. F. Delle Monache, who will retire that day. Miller, a founding staff member of the magazine in 1960, has been editor since 1974 and added the title of associate publisher in 1986.
