From Times Staff and Wire Reports

In a formal report prepared for federal prosecutors, the FBI has outlined the evidence it thinks can be used to support allegations that District of Columbia Mayor Marion Barry used drugs at the downtown Ramada Inn and in the Virgin Islands, sources familiar with the report told the Washington Post. The report makes no recommendation on whether prosecutors should seek an indictment. The report is the first to focus on a possible case against Barry in six years of intermittent federal inquiries on him.
