100 Boys Waiting for a Big Brother
More than 100 boys in Orange County are on a waiting list for big brothers through the Big Brothers organization.
More than 23% of the households in the county are headed by single parents, according to the organization, which provides screened Big Brothers as friends and role models.
Volunteer orientation is held every Monday at 1 p.m and every Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the organization’s office at 150 Yorba St., Tustin. For an appointment, call (714) 544-7773.
