Comarco Stake Increased: A group controlled by Nevada investor Alan S. Parsow has increased its stake in Comarco Inc., an Anaheim defense contractor, from 7.4% to 8.5%, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The group, Parsow Partnership Ltd. and Elkhorn Partners L.P., said in the filing that it bought 54,500 Comarco shares during the past two months for prices ranging from $2.79 to $3.37 per share.
