James T. Lynagh, president of Multimedia Broadcasting Co., has been elected president and chief operating officer of its parent company, Multimedia Inc. Lynagh succeeds Walter E. Bartlett, who was recently elected chairman and chief executive of Multimedia Inc. William L. Bolster will succeed Lynagh as head of Multimedia Broadcasting and was also elected a vice president of Multimedia Inc. Bolster was vice president and general manager of Multimedia’s St. Louis television station, KSDK. Multimedia Inc. is a diversified media communications company based in Greenville, S.C.
