NATION : Bomb Injures Maryland Judge

HAGERSTOWN, Md. —
A bomb exploded today in a county judge’s apartment, and he was taken to a hospital for injuries, police said.
The device went off in the third-floor apartment of Washington County Circuit Judge John Corderman in the downtown area of this western Maryland city, said Police Lt. Robert Frick.
Information on Corderman’s condition was not immediately available at Washington County Hospital.
Police would not say what type of bomb it was.
