U.S. Forces Invade Panama, Oust Noriega Regime
While most of us would like to see Noriega hanged from the nearest tree, the military action in Panama would have been a lot more palatable (and maybe unnecessary) if the actions of various U.S. agencies hadn’t created him in the first place.
