Boole & Babbage Inc., a Sunnyvale software developer and distributor, has named David S. Dury senior vice president, chief financial officer and corporate secretary. He most recently was president and chief operating officer of Priam Corp. and had served as its chief financial officer from 1983 to 1986. Dury succeeds Paul R. Robichaux, who resigned to pursue other business activities.
