Small Jet Crashes, Burns on Takeoff; Pilot Killed

MIAMI — A small corporate jet crashed and burned on takeoff Saturday from Miami International Airport, killing the pilot and injuring the co-pilot, officials said. No other people were aboard, the officials said. The cause of the accident was under investigation.
