Cruttenden Acquires Talley, McNeil: The investment banking firm of Cruttenden & Co. has acquired Talley, McNeil & Co., a Santa Barbara securities brokerage firm. The acquisition will give Cruttenden a base in affluent Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. Terms of the acquisition were not given. Talley, McNeil will continue to do business under its own name, but some financial and administrative functions will be centralized in Cruttenden’s Newport Beach office.
