Soviet Troops to Pull Out

BUDAPEST, Hungary —
The Red Army will pull out an airborne regiment, two tank battalions and 6,000 troops from Hungary this year, Col. Gen. Grigory Krivosheyev, Soviet deputy chief of staff, said Monday.
