Going, Going, Gone: Anyone who wants to see Kenneth Branagh’s Renaissance Theatre Company in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and “King Lear” opening Jan. 21 at the Mark Taper Forum had better hurry. Press rep Nancy Hereford says tickets for the eight-week run are nearly gone. “This is turning out to be the largest advance for a regular run in our history--about $710,000,” she said. Discount programs remain in place: Hot-Tix, a Feb. 11 pay-what-you-can performance and daily cancellations.
