Omer I. Kadaster has joined ICG Inc., Irvine, as vice president and general manager. Previously, he was with Kaman Sciences Corp. in Santa Barbara, where he was manager of operations for its natural resources program. ICG is a geotechnical-engineering, environmental-consulting and construction-inspection company.
