Burglaries in Orange County dropped 10% between 1987 and 1988, the two most recent years for which comparative data is available. But the range from city to city reached from a 66% decline in Brea to a 28% increase in La Habra. Here’s how things changed in the cities, with the list running from the highest percentage decline to the highest percentage increase:
