School Gets Grant

The School of Theology at Azusa Pacific University has been awarded a $2,500 grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. to strengthen its governing board.

The school is one of 40 North American institutions selected for the $791,000 grant program by the Indianapolis-based charitable foundation, which supports religious institutions and nonprofit leadership.

Azusa Pacific is an inter-denominational Christian college with 3,000 students that offers 30 undergraduate majors, 12 master's programs and one doctoral program.
