Certron Corp.: The Anaheim-based company reported net income of $303,000 for fiscal 1989, double the $149,000 posted a year ago. Sales for the year ended Oct. 31 increased 14%, to $32.4 million from $28.5 million. The company said the increase was attributable to higher videocassette sales. Certron manufactures and distributes audio recording tapes and floppy disks, distributes videocassettes and manufactures and assembles products for other companies.
