The San Diego State men’s basketball team, which briefly ended a streak of road futility with a victory at Air Force Jan. 13, went back to losing when visiting an opponent’s court late Thursday at Hawaii.

Forward Terry Houston scored a game-high 19 points--12 in the second half--as the Rainbows defeated the Aztecs, 75-63, in a Western Athletic Conference game.

The loss was the fourth in the past six games for the Aztecs, who slipped to 11-9 and 3-4 in the WAC. It was also their fourth loss in five games on opponents’ home courts this season and 15th in 16 since 1988. Hawaii is 16-4 and 5-2. Shawn Jamison led SDSU with 18 points.
