Comarco Stock: Comarco Inc., Anaheim, reported that its employee benefit plans expect to purchase about 240,000 shares of its common stock, equal to about 5% of the outstanding shares during the next 12 months. The trusts for the plans currently own 575,000 shares, or about 12% of the company’s 4.6 million outstanding shares. In 1989, the plans purchased about 60,000 shares.
