3 Judges Appointed to Municipal Court
Three new judges were appointed to Municipal Court posts in Los Angeles this week.
Gov. George Deukmejian named Deputy Dist. Atty. Kenneth Freeman, 49, of Canoga Park, Los Angeles attorney Bernard Kemper, 64, and Rancho Palos Verdes attorney Dudley Gray II, 37, to the Municipal Court bench. The judges are paid a salary of $86,157.
