“‘Success is a Job in New York’: The Early Art and Business of Andy Warhol” has been setting attendance records at the Newport Harbor Art Museum. The show’s opening Jan. 20 drew 847 visitors--more than any exhibit since Newport’s “Edvard Munch: Expressionist Painting 1900-1940” in 1983. Tuesday’s visitors numbered 510, another record unsurpassed since “Munch,” which attracted 43,000 people during its run.
