Robert C. Lay Jr. has joined Marine National Bank, Irvine, as senior vice president. In his new position, he will be responsible for development of the bank’s commercial and professional customer base. Lay was formerly senior vice president and marketing director for Laguna Bank. He was also with Foothill Independent Bank in Glendora and Financial Institution Services Inc. in Nashville, Tenn.
