Repurchasing Plan

Baker Communications Inc. of Rolling Hills Estates said it has repurchased $4 million principal amount of a senior secured note held by Prudential-Bache Capital Partners II L.P. for $5.1 million and a warrant to buy 100,000 of its commmon shares.
