NAME CHANGE: Santa Ana has called itself “the All-American City” but soon will be changing its name to promote education. . . . As part of a program announced Wednesday in which scholarships and after-school programs will be used to combat urban ills (B4), City Manager David N. Ream said the city’s logo will be changed to “Education 1st.” . . . The logo will go on city vehicles and the water tower on Washington Street.
