Right-hander Mike Bielecki, a starting pitcher who played a key role in the Chicago Cubs’ division championship last season, has signed a one-year contract, the team says. The Cubs did not disclose the terms of the contract, but sources said Bielecki signed for $675,000--after making only $122,500 last year.
