Magma Power The San Diego-based geothermal energy company reported a $7-million profit on revenue of $15.8 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, up from a profit of $2.3 million on revenue of $6.5 million for the same three months last year. For the fiscal year, Magma’s profit was $22.3 million on revenue of $63.1 million, an increase from its profit of $9.3 million on revenue of $26 million in fiscal 1988.
