Archive Offer: Costa Mesa-based Archive Corp. said Thursday it extended its $7.50-a-share cash tender offer for San Diego-based Cipher Data Products to 9 p.m. Feb. 14. All other terms of the offer remain unchanged. Archive said that as of Wednesday 11.36 million Cipher shares had been tendered and not withdrawn. Those shares, when added to shares already held by Archive, represent about 83% of the outstanding stock.
