Bush Seeks $10 Million for I-5 Checkpoint

President Bush’s proposed budget for 1991 seeks $10 million toward construction of a 16-lane border checkpoint on Interstate 5 at Camp Pendleton that would be part of the Administration’s plan to stem the influx of illegal drugs.
