Peter E. Lowe has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Mitsui Manufacturers Bank, Los Angeles. Lowe joins Mitsui Manufacturers after a more than 20-year career with Security Pacific, where he also was chief financial officer for several of its subsidiaries. Executive Vice President William J. LaBelle, whose position formerly encompassed the chief financial officer function, becomes chief administrative officer.
