Marine National Bank: The Santa Ana bank posted net income of $705,017 for 1989, a 55% increase from $454,475 in 1988. For the fourth quarter, net income declined 20% to $169,581, from $212,609 a year earlier. Revenue was $2.2 million, 12% higher than the $1.9 million reported in the like quarter in 1988. Assets at the end of 1989 were $84.5 million, up from $82 million in 1988.
