Well, to be fair, we’ve given “House Party” a chance, and in our opinion, it has failed. It’s a totally inferior version of ABC’s “Home.” Compared to “Home,” the writing and the whole format of “House Party” is terrible. The host, Steve Doocy, is boring and artificially insincere, and the portion of the show where he’s talking with the kids is embarrassing and not cute or funny at all. Please, NBC programming executives, take this show and your morning reruns off the air and produce some game shows that are entertaining as well as educational, and not an insult to the intelligence of the average viewer.
