Philadelphia Mayor Will Turn to Teaching

PHILADELPHIA —
Mayor W. Wilson Goode, who has two years to go on his second term, says he wants to write and teach after leaving office.
The City Charter prohibits a third consecutive term.
“I’m going to teach, and I’m going to properly record my tenure in office,” Goode said last week.
