Alamo Loses Bid to Block Airport Fees: Superior Court Judge David Yaffe denied a request Friday to block new fees being imposed on Alamo Rent A Car by Los Angeles International Airport. The company had argued that the 7% fee on gross revenue imposed on off-site rental car companies violated equal protection rights. (Filed Dec. 26, 1989 Case No. C747508)
