LAGUNA, BYE-BYE: That ramblin’ guy--state Assemblyman Gil Ferguson--soon will be moving back to his Corona del Mar condo, the one he left to run for the vacant 31st state Senate seat. . . . Ferguson spent a couple months in a Laguna Beach apartment to establish residency for running in the 31st. Having lost, he’s giving up the apartment. . . . Not that the Laguna place was a dive: “He said it was a really plush apartment,” an aide said. “He said it was beautiful, a gorgeous place.”
