WEDDING PLANS? Prenuptial agreements (E1) are increasingly popular among the soon-to-be-wedded set, say local family law experts. . . . “I would say their frequency in my practice has probably doubled in the last five years,” attorney Mark Minyard of Orange says. The reason: many more people on second or third marriages want to protect assets for children from a prior marriage. . . . But Newport Beach attorney James H. Walsworth cautions that “by and large, they are worded to deprive the have-not partner of the things that he or she would normally get.”
