Leaks of Helmsley Testimony Claimed: Lawyers for Leona Helmsley said they have been told by reporters from the New York Times, United Press International and the New York Post that prosecutors had given them secret information about the hotel queen’s 1985 grand jury testimony. The lawyers said they would use this new information in an attempt to get state charges of tax evasion dismissed against Helmsley.
